Last Friday (1st May), the Bennett Freehill team spent the day in Ballycastle for a company development and strategy day centred around project delivery, team development, and sustainable high performance.
A key part of the day was a visit to the Ballycastle Shared Education Campus, a project we have been involved with for the past three years, delivering the MEP Engineering design and BREEAM Assessor roles. It was a fantastic opportunity for the wider team to see the project progressing on site ahead of completion later this year.
The standard of construction and coordination being delivered by Heron Bros and NUGENT is exceptional and reflects the quality and ambition of this important educational development.
The afternoon session at the Marine Hotel included a presentation from Ciaran May on Sustainable High Performance, exploring resilience, wellbeing, and maintaining high standards of performance within demanding professional environments.
The day also provided an opportunity for collaboration, strategic discussion, and reflection as we continue to grow the business and invest in the development of our people, projects, and long-term vision.
A sincere thank you to everyone involved in organising and contributing to a very valuable day for the wider Bennett Freehill team.
