Celebrating World Mental Health Day 2023

Today, 10th October, Bennett Freehill is celebrating World Mental Health Day. We promote good mental health and put staff wellbeing and satisfaction at the core of our business to benefit our dedicated staff and ensure a healthy happy workforce.

Our award winning ‘Best Wellbeing in the Workplace Strategy’ focuses on work-life balance, health and wellbeing practices, which are integrated into policies, communications and day-day activities.

Our Freedom and Balance Policy gives everyone the autonomy to work when suits and our Wellbeing Programme provides employees with knowledge and resources to identify declining mental health and stress levels, and training on steps to help combat this. Specialists in nutrition, exercise and stress management deliver interactive workshops helping staff create daily habits to improve work-life balance.

We are recruiting for 3 exciting roles. If you are a dynamic and talented individual who wants to work with a company which is committed to providing a mentally healthy workplace and a fun rewarding employee-focused environment click here to find out more about new roles open at Bennett Freehill.

We are Irish News Workplace & Employment Awards Winners 2023 Best Place to Work (Small Business) and Best Wellbeing in the Workplace Strategy (Small Business).
