The team enjoyed another workshop this morning with Jane McClenaghan from Vital Nutrition, as part of our Employee Wellbeing Programme.
Todays ‘Stress Less’ workshop gave us plenty of ideas for shortcuts and healthy snacks to eat well, no matter how busy life gets. Apple and peanut butter is a big hit with the Bennett Freehill team!
