A new 200 pupil building for Roe Valley Integrated Primary School in Limavady was officially opened earlier this month. The new school is designed to BREEAM Excellent criteria and provides built-in flexibility to accommodate future adaption or modification.
Bennett Freehill provided MEP Design, Sustainability Engineering Design and BREEAM services on this school project comprising 7 classrooms, 2 resource areas, 1 multi-purpose hall, library facilities and a stand-alone nursery unit, plus carparking.
The project was funded under the ‘A Fresh Start’ capital programme and delivers state-of-the-art facilities for pupils, staff, parents and the wider community.
