Last Friday we kicked off our 2023 Employee Wellbeing Programme which focuses on stress management and resilience in a deadline facing business.
Jane McClenaghan from Vital Nutrition delivered an insightful and interactive workshop, challenging what we knew about “low fat” and “reduced sugar” labels, discussing barriers we face in our nutrition journey in the office and when working from home, and what small, easy steps we can take to ensure we’re providing our bodies with the right nutrients.
We’re looking forward to the next workshop in a few weeks time.
