MEP Design Services Secured for Key Regional Developments in the Causeway Coast & Glens

We’re excited to announce our appointment to the prestigious Causeway Coast and Glens Framework, positioning us to deliver comprehensive MEP design services across a portfolio of transformative projects within the regional Growth Deal initiative.

This strategic appointment by Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council opens the door to several high-profile developments that will reshape the local infrastructure landscape. Among the initial projects are two particularly significant developments: the ambitious Coleraine Leisure & Well-Being Hub and the comprehensive refurbishment of Ballyreagh Golf Course.

Both projects represent substantial investments in community infrastructure and recreational facilities. Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council is currently advancing through the crucial business case development phase for these initiatives, laying the groundwork for what promises to be a series of landmark developments.
