Bennett Freehill is proud to have provided Mechanical and Electrical Engineering design services for Phase 2 of the Ravensbury Estate Regeneration in London, delivered on behalf of Clarion Housing Group.
This phase of the Ravensbury Estate project has delivered 54 modern, energy-efficient homes — comprising 23 houses and 31 apartments — as part of Clarion’s £1 billion Merton Regeneration Programme in London. The wider scheme will create 2,800 homes across three neighbourhoods, replacing 1,000 existing properties and delivering 1,800 new homes to support long-term community growth and the transformation of the area.
Bennett Freehill’s innovative M&E design was developed to meet zero-carbon standards, with sustainability at the core of the scheme. The integration of technologies such as heat pumps and photovoltaic panels helps reduce the development’s carbon footprint while supporting efficient, future-ready homes for residents.
The development is designed to provide high-quality, comfortable living while aligning with the environmental ambitions of the wider regeneration programme.
Congratulations to everyone involved in delivering this project and helping bring this phase of Ravensbury Estate to life.
Many thanks to Thomas Sinden Ltd for sharing photos of the completed scheme.
