Bennett Freehill Shortlisted for Employer of the Year – Belfast Telegraph Business Awards 2026

We are proud to share that Bennett Freehill has been shortlisted for Employer of the Year at the Belfast Telegraph Business Awards 2026.

With an exceptionally high volume of entries submitted this year, reaching the shortlist is a significant achievement in itself. To be recognised at this level is a testament to the strength of our team and the culture we continue to build together.

At Bennett Freehill, we believe that professional excellence begins with people. This nomination reflects the commitment, professionalism and collaboration demonstrated across the firm every day— supporting one another, investing in continuous development, delivering for clients and consistently raising standards within our industry.

Managing Partner, Cormac Freehill commented:

“Being shortlisted for Employer of the Year is a real honour for our firm. What makes this particularly meaningful is that it recognises the culture we have worked hard to build — one based on trust, collaboration and shared ambition.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. Their dedication, professionalism and commitment to continuous improvement are what truly set Bennett Freehill apart. I’m incredibly proud of the team and everything they contribute each day.”

Creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported and empowered to grow has always been central to our vision. External recognition like this reinforces that what we are building as a practice genuinely stands out.

The awards ceremony takes place next month, and we look forward to celebrating alongside other outstanding businesses from across Northern Ireland. For now, we would like to thank every member of the Bennett Freehill team.
