Planning approved for sustainable Redevelopment of CAFRE Greenmount Campus

Planning approval has been granted for the highly sustainable Redevelopment of CAFRE Greenmount Campus in Muckamore, County Antrim – designed to meet Passivhaus Premium and BREEAM Outstanding standards.

The Bennett Freehill team is responsible for mechanical, electrical, and public health design, as well as fulfilling roles as Passivhaus Designers, Commissioning Managers, and BREEAM Assessors.

This prestigious redevelopment spans 15,000m2 and will provide student residential accommodation, a teaching building, and a central hub, creating robust, space-efficient, sustainable, and adaptable facilities for the college.

Congratulations to the entire project team on achieving this important milestone.

Our team is excited to also be providing the same services for the Redevelopment of CAFRE Loughry Campus, which received planning approval in September.
