Ravensbury is one of three estates that Clarion Housing Group are regenerating as part of the £1 billion Merton Regeneration Project in London creating 2,800 homes (replacing 1,000 existing homes and building 1,800 new homes) across three neighbourhoods.

Designed to Zero carbon standard, the Ravensbury project has a real focus on reducing it’s impact on the environment. The inclusion of heat pumps and photovoltaic panels has assisted in reducing the carbon footprint of the development.
