Ravensbury is one of three estates that Clarion Housing Group are regenerating as part of the £1billion Merton Regeneration Project in London creating 2,800 homes (replacing 1,000 existing homes and building 1,800 new homes) across three neighbourhoods.

Bennett Freehill’s innovative M&E design was developed to meet zero-carbon standards with sustainability at the core of the scheme. The integration of technologies such as heat pumps and photovoltaic panels helps reduce the development’s carbon footprint while supporting efficient, future-ready homes for residents.
