123 York Street Student Accommodation is a new 12 storey, 407 bed student housing scheme on a site adjacent to the expanding University of Ulster campus in Belfast City Centre.
Bennett Freehill delivered the full mechanical and electrical package of works for the building which includes the bedrooms, ground floor retail units, shared living spaces and landscaped courtyards. The mechanical and electrical services design creates an efficient engineering solution that exceeds the expectations of the building’s users.
