Works underway at Henry Brothers’ new flagship office in Magherafelt

Bennett Freehill is proud to be part of the team delivering Henry Brothers’ new office development at its Magherafelt headquarters.

Working alongside Henry Brothers and the Gregory Architects–led design team, Bennett Freehill is delivering M&E design services for the new flagship facility, creating a modern, sustainable workplace with improved facilities that support collaboration and employee wellbeing.

Construction officially commenced on site in March, marking an important milestone as the project progresses from design into delivery and reflecting the strong collaboration and coordination across the wider project team.

We look forward to seeing the development take shape over the coming months, with completion expected in January 2027.
