At Bennett Freehill, we know that building a strong team extends beyond the workplace. Last Friday, 19th June, our team traded desks for driver seats as we headed to Eddie Irvine Sports for an afternoon of go-karting and Formula 1 racing.
The event brought plenty of friendly competition, exciting races and more than a few ambitious overtaking manoeuvres. There were also several team members who left convinced they had missed their true calling as professional racing drivers!
While there were a few light-hearted claims of “engine problems” following some enthusiastic driving, everyone made it back to the office on Monday ready for another productive week.
Team-building events like these play an important role in supporting the health, wellbeing and morale of our team. Spending time together outside the office helps strengthen relationships, encourages collaboration and contributes to the positive and supportive culture we are proud to have at Bennett Freehill.
