Construction excellence recognised at 123 York Street student accommodation

This project has received a Multiple Occupancy Award, Highly Commended at the CEF Construction Excellence Awards 2021. Congratulations to Turkington & Sons and the entire project team.

These awards are the largest and most sought-after NI construction awards, providing a wonderful opportunity to showcase the best of the construction industry in Northern Ireland and to celebrate the industry’s achievements. The aim of the competition is to promote excellence and to give recognition to those companies who are achieving the highest standards of construction. 

This is the latest in a string of awards which this project has received including the Belfast Telegraph Property Awards: Commercial Development of the Year and the RICS Social Impact Awards 2020: Student Accommodation of the Year.
