Project Information

New 9 classroom school building (1,975m2) for 250 pupils and staff on a greenfield site in Glenravel will provide state of the art facilities for two local primary schools, St Mary’s of Cargan and Glenravel PS of Martinstown, which will be amalgamated in the new school.

• Multi-purpose hall, full production kitchen, staff facilities, multi-purpose rooms
• Three large resource areas
• Central glazed octagon
• External play areas, 29 parking spaces and drop-off area

In May 2024 the Education Minister announced capital funding for the new school as part of an £80m injection for new educational buildings across N.Ireland.
