Bennett Freehill completed the M&E Engineering Design for The Rabbit Hotel. Formerly The Templeton, Galgorm Collection acquired the property in 2019 and has invested £7m into developing the business into a new-look boutique hotel with 24 bedrooms and a new outdoor spa.

In addition to the accommodation, spa, bar and restaurant offering, a new banqueting suite and wedding venue are included.
